There are many among us who are hurting and require a helping hand. In the new year, I hope Americans will look for ways to volunteer your time and talents where they are needed most. This Christmas, we remember our fellow citizens who suffered from the hurricanes and other disasters that struck our nation this past year. We pray for their strength as they continue to recover and rebuild their lives and their communities.

1.Changing how we farm
Different farming systems vary enormously in their reliance on mined phosphate. Organic farms are more resilient to the coming phosphorus rock ‘shock’, as it can only be used as a supplement to nutrient recycling (including crop rotations, green manures, and composting), and not as a replacement. Organic crops generally have a lower fertiliser requirement than non-organic crops, with a greater capacity to scavenge for nutrients through denser and deeper root systems.

perform much better than meat from livestock grazed on fields that have been, or livestock fed on grain grown using artificial fertilizers
3,Changing how we deal with human exreta
The report recommends a radical change in the way we treat human exreta and the need to abandon our current ‘flush-and-forget’ toilet
systems in favour of Ecological Sanitation. The report also calls for a change to EU organic regulations to allow the use of human sewage – rich in ‘natural’ phosphate - on agricultural land to ensure phosphate levels are maintained. Globally only 10% of human waste is returned to agricultural soils. Urine alone contains more than 50% of the phosphorus excreted by humans.

Innovation is an important power that will help us improve the society in many aspects. First, innovation is the way that people use their intelligence to create new things by breaking the old. Thus, innovation can activate our economy by creating new growth point and new jobs. Second, politics should suit the economy if one country wants to keep its economic growth. Politics should change along with the economy, if politics remain the same, it will have negative effects on the economy, and thus, innovation in politics is needed. Third, I want to talk about my major, Industrial Design, because a lot of things occur to at the first sight of the word “innovation”. Innovation is also needed in improving our daily life. A great example is the Apple Company and its brilliant products. Design is to produce something new and new means in some way. Einstein said: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.” And apple is one of those who make their products as simple, cheap and functional as they can. You know you’ve achieved perfection in design, not when you have nothing more to add, but when you have nothing more to take away.
Tradition is the innovation of the past, and innovation is the new tradition. Innovation is the blast that will bring new towards old. Innovation is the best way for our nation to invest in the future.

It is a report about the new planet which holds possibility for life.

It shows that European astronomers have discovered a new planet, they name it Gliese 581 c.

It is about 20.5 light years from our earth. They estimated the planet's average temperature at between 0 and 40 degrees Centigrade. It is orbiting the red dwarf star, Gliese 581.

I am an eighteen year-old boy who has never experienced being away from my parents for more than a month.At first,I thought I have to learn to be independent and I woulde have to overcome the difficulties with no one to depend on. But a story changed my mind.
Five days ago,I got a heavy cold.Recalling that day's event,I was in low condition and felt helpless in the bed,however,after knowing what had happened,one of classmates just say" I will accompany you along the way to the hospital and the way back to school."That single moment of his words may not mean much.But it is where we start,it is where we all form the common belief that your guys' shoulders will be ready for you whenever you are in need of help even though in the risky of falling behind in study.The class you are in will be your another family.
And there is also another story I would like to mention here,Our class ranked low in this month,but there are not blames,not critics,not anything like you should have done it better.We just say"We can,and we will do it better and better step after step."
Well, I think the two things just reflect one spirit which has seared into my heart that we may come from different places and we may have different stories and we may move in the different directions towards different futures.But we all would give the world to make our class shine.we are not only the sum of its parts that out of many,we are truly one.
